- I train both women and men of all ages. Current training age range is 10 years old to 74 years old. Youth training is different than middle age adult training which is different than training an older client. Programs are specific based on age, needs, ability, and limitations.
- I work with all limitations (knee replacements, hip replacements, shoulder issues, heart issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, etc.) All clients with past or current heart problems must be cleared by a doctor before beginning an exercise program.
Training Sessions:
- Structured/tailored training program based on client’s goals
- Sessions include: Balance, Range of Motion, Strength, Agility, and Endurance Training
- Training is bodyweight/resistance based, but conditioning and HIIT programs are also available which include alternating a high intensity exercise with a calmer strength training exercise.
- Proper form during exercises is always of upmost importance
- Monthly tracking of body measurement changes, including BMI and body fat percentage changes complimentary
- Food/diet/nutrition discussions during training are always available
- Clients need only to have water or a sports drink available (and maybe a towel) during sessions and, if needed, an apple/apple slices to help with sugar drop. Please eat something before your session.
